Education

Evan graduated from University of California, San Diego in 2004 with a degree in Physiology and Neuroscience.  After he completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at California State University, Long Beach in 2008, he went on to continue his education by becoming a Certified Mulligan Practitioner and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for which he has been certified for the last 10 years.

Specialty

Evan specializes in treatment of the pelvic girdle to correct, not only spinal issues, but issues within the extremities that might be affected by the biomechanical dysfunctions and imbalances of the human body.  He has extensive experience in treating all orthopedic conditions and enjoys treating migraines and dizziness as well.

Philosophy

Evan uses extensive manual therapy techniques utilizing myofascial release, muscle energy, dry needling, and his education as a Certified Mulligan Practitioner in all orthopedic conditions to normalize biomechanical alignment and to restore pain free functional movement patterns.  This is then followed up by corrective exercises to improve the movement impairments that are leading to the pain and functional deficits.  He also believes in restoring neural mobility and uses craniosacral treatment to reduce anxiety, improve neural circulation and to treat headaches and dizziness.

Life

Evan and his kids enjoy the mountain air, quality of life, weather and community that Colorado has to offer.  He has 3 active children with whom he likes to camp, hike, fish, garden and play all sports with.  He loves to work with his hands, whether it be a DIY project, carpentry or Legos.
