Also while being a student she worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Care Representative. Ariana is currently working towards specializing in manual therapy, orthopedics, neurological disorders, and dry needling.
Specialty
Ariana enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She has had experience with spinal conditions, rehabilitating athletes, chronic pain, as well as complex neurological patients including vestibular disorders, high spinal cord injuries, concussions, and Parkinson's.
Philosophy
Ariana believes in treating both the body and the mind. She works with her patients to build a plan that will help them heal, promote health and wellbeing, and is sustainable down the road in a manner that's adaptable to life's changes. Her approach to physical therapy is a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, habit building, patient education, and a holistic view on the person to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. In addition to this, Ariana focuses on getting to know her patients and making them feel like family when they walk in the door.

Life
Ariana was born in Bar Harbor Maine, and grew up on a dairy farm in Upstate New York where she learned good work ethics and found a love for the outdoors. Outside of building her career, you can find Ariana cooking, snowboarding, hiking, bike riding, dancing, reading cheesy romance novels, or diving into a challenging new activity.
